Best of Anime 2012/09/15 day 1

The aftermath of the event, and yes the sideswipe is my only haul I got. (And yes I will review it sometime)

Okay I got to admit I'm slacking on this blog, but that doesn't mean I'm not doing anything.

Before we proceed, I'll explain why i'm not active lately.
1. My camera runs on 4 AA batteries,I have rechargeable ones but they broke the exact day after the cosplay event at Robinsons. So I had to buy a 2nd hand one to continue doing this. (And if your wondering what camera is it, it's a Lumix DMC-FX33)
2. I now have a GF and I love her so much that I forget about this blog from time to time. and she cosplays too!
And lastly 3. I've been thinking on moving to Video reviews, but I'm still thinking how will I combine my blog and a YouTube channel in one package.

anyway without further delay, here is my first Big cosplay/anime event.

From the very first step I took on the second floor of SMX, the hall was already littered with cosplayers. And this is just the outside of the convention hall.

FINALLY A MIKU COSPLAY WHO ISN'T WEARING THE OVER COSPLAYED UNIFORM!!!

OMG she's so CUTE!!! I don't know who you are, but you're so KAWAII!
(And yes I do have a thing for lolita fashsion, specially classic and Gothic)

Okay, photos beyond this point are inside the convention halls.

Okay, THIS EVENT IS HUGE!!! Cosplayers are like 5ft away from each other.

After getting inside the convention hall, I helped my GF to get some seats so she can participate on the meet and greet with uchuu sentai noiz. (her major reason of going here)
After that, I rush straight to the Gundam booth, to be only disappointed on the contest they were holding.
But fret not, the displays were great.

Most of the displays are from the new HG AGE line.

Starting from here are some customized AGE kits.

I don't know if it's coming out well, but I like this weathered G-Exes.
(I personally i hate weathered kits cause I always like them to look very clean as if it was like fresh out of the factory. but this one i have to make some exception.)

This is where I met the guy the sold me his ROTF deluxe class sideswipe for not much.

I just want to give a nod for they're awesome work. GREAT JOB Juan Dela customizer!

THE TRIPLE THREAT SINANJU's!

These guy also do transformers toys, which is kinda growing on me lately.

I couldn't take a picture of all of they're display because of my girlfriend.

On my way back to the stage for the cosplay event, saw some cosplays worthy of a picture.

LOLZ!!!

I didn't take alot of photos during the show, I got bored immediately of it. And I don't want to comment about they're cosplays due to my harsh criticism. (It's like only for World Cosplay summit judging)

From this point on, I left the stage area even thought I have the best spot for taking photo. Due to boredom.

That is one very sexy cosplay. and I don't even know is she cosplaying!

I got to give this girl a lot props for her cosplay! (And if your wondering what's behind her, it a geno breaker I missed)

And finally this is why we came here, to watch Uchuu Sentai Noiz. and I gotta say it was hell of a concert! I didn't really took a lot of picture cause I was mostly recording it in video, which I will NOT upload due to copyright reasons.

And here I thought I'm done taking photos for the day, but no there was more.

Well this event was hell of a ride, I can't believe how things when down that day.

FINAL THOUGHTS:

If there another big cosplay event I would definitely go, if I can. (I'm talk about you Cosmania!)
